Please understand that by commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to deny, cancel and refund any commission.

I accept USD payment through Paypal or Ko-fi. I prefer to recieve payment upfront, or by viewing the first wip.
For adopts, I will allow holds at a maximum of 5 days. If you are paying with art, offer no more than 5 pieces and ideally finish within a month. If you need more time, notify me and I will give you more. If you cannot finish your part, I would rather be told so than be ghosted! Failing to do this may result in the adopt being reopened for offers.

Depending on workload and commission type, I may take from 2 days to a month maximum to produce a finished piece. However, if there is a specific date you would like me to finish by I will try to meet it.
If you would like to an update on how your commission is going, feel free to message me privately and I will send a progress picture over. You can contact me on any of the socials below, but I will respond fastest through Toyhouse or Discord.

✁✃✁ REFUNDS ✃✁✃
If I have not started on the commission yet, then you are entitled to a full refund. If I have already started to work on it, you may recieve a partial refund that depends on the amount of work that has already been put into it.
Any designs/adopts bought from me may not be refunded after the transaction has been completed.
I'll be willing to bend these terms in situations of emergency if you tell me something's up!
✁✃✁ EDITS AND USE ✃✁✃
Let me know if there are any edits you would like me to make on a finished piece!
With my art or designs you may:
- Repost anywhere with credit, this includes edited versions
- Use personally for stories, banners, profile pictures etc. etc.
- Make minor edits, as long as the piece is still recognizably similar to the original product
With my art or designs you may NOT:
- Trace my work
- Use commercially
- Claim as your own

You are allowed to resell, trade and gift any of my designs you happen to own.
Please resell at base value unless additional art is added and always credit me as the original designer.
